I was born and raised in Cape Town,South Africa. During my national service in the Navy ,I was based on a ship ,which travelled to various places around the world. On completion of my Naval service,I continued to travel throughout Southern Africa, the United Kingdom, parts of Europe and Asia,Australia and New Zealand. Having seen many parts of the world,I have realised that South Africa is a special place and that it will always be home for me.
Upon returning to Cape Town,I started working for White Shark Ecoventures,as an Eco- Tourguide/Divemaster,taking people to go cage diving with Great White Sharks. I have always had an appreciation and interest in nature. I enjoy fishing, diving, bird watching, hiking and wildlife photography, which are all nature orientated, and therefore directly influenced by the environment. So after 10 years of educating people about Great White Sharks,I decided to look for something to do that would enable me to contribute more to help the environment.
I have always tried to be environmentally aware and “water conscious”,and have always tried to improve other peoples’ awareness to the environment and our impact on it. Water is a commodity that most people take for granted, but one that is absolutely vital to our existence. Water should always be conserved, whether or not there is a shortage of it.
Water Rhapsody is the perfect solution.
The Water Rhapsody systems will not only save water, but will also save you money on your water bill. The Water Rhapsody systems allow you to use less water, use your water more effectively and minimise the amount of grey water returning to the black water sewerage system, allowing it to function more efficiently and thereby reducing the chances of sewerage spills into the rivers and environment.
By installing any of the Water Rhapsody systems, you will be saving money, saving water and doing your little bit to help save the environment,by lessening your “water footprint”. The beauty of it all is that you don’t have to change your lifestyle, these things all happen automatically once you have a Water Rhapsody system installed.

Great White Shark- an old friend saying hello.

Queenfish- still alive and well. I release most of the fish i catch.
